Our Dutch cheese is made from the best fresh meadow milk. The cows graze on the vast polders of the Netherlands. This soil is slightly salty, which produces meadow milk that is naturally creamier. This makes Dutch Gouda cheese particularly delicious and creamy.
Premium Goat Cheese
In our range you will find different types of goat cheese; with and without herbs. The goats graze in a large potting shed in North Holland. Thanks to a balanced diet of special grasses, flaxseed and straw, the milk is always of constant high quality. As a result, the goat cheese is very rich in flavour and super creamy.
Premium Sheep Cheese
The milk for our sheep cheese comes from a sheep farm called “Westfriesedijk”. These sheep graze on 70 hectares of land. This large nature reserve has always been influenced by salty, wetland. This makes the grass richer in composition and the milk much tastier! The feed for the animals is self-grown, so they can guarantee the quality. An extra effort they like to make to guarantee their vision for animal welfare and health!
