Organic Smoked Cheese
This Organic Cheese is naturally smoked without added flavouring. You don’t see this very often! After the traditional way of manufacturing, this cheese is smoked in a smoking box for about 6 hours. That gives the cheese a spicy with a natural smoke flavour. This also gives the cheese the brown smoke appearance. After the smoking process, the cheese is provided with a layer of plastic coat for protection and the cheese undergoes regular maintenance. Last but not least, this cheese has matured in our warehouse for about 8 weeks. During this riping process the smoke taste gets further into the cheese.
